U.S base salary range: $120,850 - $193,360 USD

What you will do

• Contribute to high-priority projects on hirify.global’s AI roadmap, delivering solutions that meet quality standards and timelines.
• Develop and deploy scalable, production-grade AI systems using Python and AI frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and implement microservices architecture.
• Mentor junior members and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Operate with technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable, production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and KubeFlow.
• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, generative models, LLMs, cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), and DevOps.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
