Salary: $72,000 - 115,000 a year

What you will do

• Manage large-scale and global research projects from design to presentation, collaborating with senior leadership, clients, and hirify.global teams
• Consult with clients and account teams to solve challenges through data analysis, research reports, and presentations
• Develop research designs, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, and analytical plans
• Interpret data insights and craft compelling stories from primary or secondary research
• Recommend communication solutions and methodologies based on research results
• Manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years in market research, consumer insights, ideation, strategy, or digital/social research
• Strong entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit with strategic mindset
• Ability to balance diverse research projects including global and complex ones
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive team player embracing positive attitude

• Strong knowledge in advanced research methodologies
• Expertise in secondary research with curiosity for other methods
