About the Role

You will manage and deliver production projects across video, podcasts, events, social and marketing. You will track milestones, ensure deadlines and budgets are met, identify and resolve risks, coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams and vendors, measure campaign results with Ad Ops, and support Technical Producer with video and audio editing, CMS publishing, and live video executions. This is a 6-month contract based in New York City.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in production and media, ideally at a digital media publisher
• Proven success owning and managing projects of all sizes
• Ability to think creatively and drive opportunity through solutions with clients
• Thorough knowledge of the content, media and marketing landscape
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a proactive approach
• Video and audio editing experience, ideally in Descript
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with financial and cryptocurrency news is a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day project manager on initiatives within a program or business line
• Track production milestones and ensure deliverables meet scheduled deadlines
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage projects according to the budget outlined with program leadership
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams and external vendors to ensure project plans are met
• Measure and report campaign success with the Ad Ops team
• Support the Technical Producer with video and audio editing, CMS publishing, and live video executions
