Change Manager

What you will do

• Develop and execute change management strategies for cybersecurity programs impacting global teams
• Align change activities with SAFe Program Increments and release cycles
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Design and deliver communication plans for technical, operational, and executive audiences
• Lead training and enablement for new cybersecurity processes, tools, and policies
• Partner with Business Analysts and Project Managers to embed adoption in delivery plans
• Track adoption metrics, refine strategies based on feedback, and manage resistance across IT, OT, and business operations
• Establish governance for change management practices within cybersecurity programs

Requirements

• 5–8+ years experience in change management within enterprise IT or cybersecurity programs
• Proven experience supporting transformation initiatives in Agile/SAFe environments
• Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR or similar)
• Experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated or operationally complex environments
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and risk/compliance frameworks
• Prosci Certification or equivalent
