TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide Tier II support for corporate desktop/laptop infrastructure for office-based and remote users.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware/software including Windows 11, Office365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage user rights, security settings, Active Directory via Group Policy, and VPN connectivity (e.g., FortiClient).
  • Handle desktop/laptop imaging with Autopilot/SCCM, printer support, and handheld device activation via Intune.
  • Support LAN/WAN components (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, routers, wireless) and assist networking teams onsite.
  • Implement backup, anti-virus solutions, and manage equipment orders while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless infrastructure for office-based and remote end-users
  • Full responsibility for local office IT needs: new hires, adds/moves/changes, level II troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and with remote/global teams
  • Hands-on with Windows 11, Office365, Teams, Autopilot/SCCM, Active Directory, VPN, remote tools (RDP/TeamViewer)
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN protocols and onsite server room support
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience desired; CompTIA A+ or MCP certifications desired
