What you will do

  • Ideate and lead deep-dive analyses into priority strategic topics like top accounts outreach, pricing models, and onboarding simplification.
  • Own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification through execution and iteration.
  • Drive day-to-day operations, program management, and strategic pivots for owned initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, and Finance to steward program outcomes.
  • Support priority development, resource planning, and goal setting for the Pro Max program.
  • Present insights, updates, and recommendations to senior leaders to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
  • Functional experience in operations, business operations, strategy, or growth in SaaS (preferred).
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative analyses (customer research, data analysis, segmentation, competitive assessments).
  • Ability to manage multiple data platforms, measure performance, forecast, and distill complex issues into action plans.
  • Excellence in cross-functional communication and thriving in ambiguous, dynamic environments.

Nice to have

  • SaaS-specific operations, strategy, or growth experience.
