What you will do

• Organize and label returned packages, open them, sort contents, clean and disinfect field-used devices.
• Investigate product history and status using company tools.
• Perform data entry and maintain inventory levels of processing materials.
• Disassemble, scrap, and recycle returned products.
• Provide support to the returns team with various similar tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly with training.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently, stand for long periods, handle packages.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented.
• Experience with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/Docs).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
