What you will do

• Design a scalable regional marketing framework adapted for Tier 1 (high volume) and Tier 2/3 (high growth) markets.
• Oversee the transcreation of marketing assets to ensure native-level nuance in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Lead regional product launches by prioritizing markets based on data, barrier to entry, and product-market fit.
• Grow the region's community through influencer partnerships and localized social channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with legal and policy teams to ensure brand safety and compliance within varied regulatory landscapes.
• Identify and secure presence at influential regional conferences and trade shows to establish industry authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with a deep, pan-regional focus across Latin America.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (non-negotiable).
• 5+ years in Consumer Tech with a deep understanding of the LATAM mobile-first consumer journey.
• Proven ability to advocate for regional needs (budget, product features) to a US-based HQ.
• Must be based in São Paulo.
