What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for new accounts in the assigned Nordics territory.
- Execute solution-based sales processes involving multiple stakeholders within an account.
- Define account strategies to increase sales velocity and manage sales cycles effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in ESG, Sustainability, and Procurement.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams to drive target account growth.
- Provide market guidance to tailor products and services for the sustainable finance space.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years selling enterprise software (SaaS/Platform) to large companies.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Experience selling to Procurement, ESG, Sustainability, Compliance, or Supply Chain personas.
- Professional proficiency in English AND at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
- High proficiency in Salesforce.com; experience with Sales Navigator and Salesloft is a plus.
- University degree.
