What you will do
- Execute and evolve community strategy across platforms, including engagement models and feedback loops
- Manage day-to-day operations, communication cadence, and team priorities
- Lead community managers/specialists, providing coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, and other teams to align insights and communications
- Monitor player sentiment, synthesize feedback, and maintain transparent loops with stakeholders
- Plan communications for launches, updates, incidents, and oversee content pipelines
Requirements
- 5+ years in community, social, or player engagement
- Experience managing community programs for live-service games
- Strong judgment in player communication, prioritization, and escalation
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Live Ops, CRM, Player Experience
- Strong written/editorial skills, adapting tone to player situations
- Data-informed mindset using engagement and feedback signals
- Résumé/CV must be in English
Nice to have
- Experience with large midcore, live-operated F2P mobile games
- Supporting creator programs and community-led content
