Location: Hybrid in El Segundo, CA (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide reports on player and creator feedback, issues, and trends to stakeholders.
• Monitor and moderate community channels including Discord, forums, and Reddit; communicate actively with players.
• Plan and create content like events, livestreams, videos, and posts; lead community engagement programs.
• Analyze community performance to drive growth and innovation.
• Contribute to content strategy and player communications; maintain relationships with community partners.
• Champion community strategy across internal departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of community management experience with proven track record
• Gaming experience on multi-platform games preferred
• Experience on game creation platforms like Roblox or Fortnite required
• Discord, forums, community tools, livestreaming experience
• Website management, project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Creative background (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc.)
