What you will do
- Build and scale an always-on creator and influencer program across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Drive the content and creator side of TikTok Shop, including affiliate recruitment and live shopping programming.
- Own the social and content strategy across all owned channels, including calendars, format mix, and publishing cadence.
- Manage end-to-end content production by leveraging UGC platforms and creator networks.
- Coordinate with global marketing to localize shared brand and social campaigns for the US audience.
- Define and report on core KPIs such as engagement, community growth, and creator-driven GMV.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator economy, or community management.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Lino Lakes, MN.
- Proven experience running end-to-end creator/influencer programs, including negotiation and performance measurement.
- Hands-on fluency with TikTok Shop or closely adjacent social commerce platforms.
- Proficiency with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Brandwatch) and editing tools like CapCut.
- Comfort and confidence appearing on camera to produce platform-ready content.
Nice to have
- Experience in toys, games, entertainment, or hobby categories.
- Genuine enthusiasm for tabletop games.
- Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Reddit, and private Facebook groups.
- Experience working with performance marketing partners for paid amplification.
