Salary: $110,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Execute and oversee a complex portfolio of cross-platform projects to enhance scale and global consistency.
• Define project scope, assess business impact, and communicate outcomes to senior management.
• Own end-to-end business analysis, including requirements gathering and post-implementation benefit reviews.
• Conduct business process and operating model reviews aligned to global standards.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape and deliver new operational platform functionality.
• Develop training materials and deliver user training on new processes and system capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in private markets or wealthtech.
• Deep understanding of alternative investments, banking, or asset and wealth management.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver technology-driven solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.
