What you will do

• Collaborate with client account teams to define and understand project scopes.
• Lead special projects focused on data interpretation and analysis.
• Prepare and deliver results to clients via phone and email.
• Utilize hirify.global's dedicated software for implementation and delivery of results.
• Maintain strict adherence to security guidelines regarding sensitive client information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (will be evaluated).
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to analyze data and present findings to partners.
• Must be based in Costa Rica.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in digital marketing channels.
• Basic programming knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of USPS addressing components.
