What you will do

• Deliver Tier 3 technical support for z/Security products, focusing on installation, configuration, and functionality.
• Perform deep root-cause analysis and independently diagnose escalated complex issues.
• Optimize CPU and memory footprints of S-TAP agents on high-volume production LPARs.
• Configure and maintain integrations between z/OS agents and Guardium Collector appliances.
• Integrate and troubleshoot MFA factors including RSA SecurID, RADIUS, and OIDC providers.
• Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to internal training content.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in mainframe systems programming or advanced technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English communication skills for global engineering collaboration.
• Strong expertise in IBM Security Guardium S-TAP for z/OS and SMF exits.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Z MFA, including PAGENT and AT-TLS configuration.
• Must be based in the USA.
