What you will do

• Provide technical support for FortiNAC customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Analyze network designs and configurations, including switches, firewalls, and endpoint connectivity.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments to validate and confirm resolutions.
• Recommend configuration changes and upgrades based on technical best practices.
• Document case progress and contribute to the internal and customer-facing knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify and document product bugs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical support, network engineering, or security operations.
• Strong knowledge of NAC concepts, 802.1X, RADIUS, SNMP, and network segmentation.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and routing/switching.
• Experience with Linux/Unix CLI-based troubleshooting and Windows AD/LDAP integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud-based deployments.
• Hands-on experience with FortiNAC or similar NAC products.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash.
