Lead Data Analyst (SIE): Leading complex data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive analysis for readiness-based spares models in DoD programs with an accent on logistics sustainment and decision-making support. Location: Remote (United States). Requires active U.S. national security clearance, US citizenship, and ability to obtain/maintain it. Travel may be required to customer sites and offices.

Salary: 111,000 - 144,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and predictive initiatives for readiness-based sparing models supporting strategic decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, translate business challenges into data-driven strategies, and develop simulation models on readiness cost curves.
• Build data pipeline architecture, extract and assess data quality from tools, and document processes for consistency.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and drive process improvements in analytics and data governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate complex insights, and ensure alignment with program objectives and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in systems engineering, logistics analysis, or modeling/simulation.
• Advanced data engineering and readiness modeling in DoD or complex environments.
• Expert in RMA principles, lifecycle sustainment, and Opus Suite (OPUS10, SIMLOX, CONNECT) or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Navy systems data export and analysis.
• Familiarity with supportability analysis and readiness-based spares packages.
• Understanding of aerospace/defense industry and DoD policies.
