Salary: $88,000 to $118,000

What you will do

• Propose solutions aligned to client business needs and recommend mitigation strategies for risks and timeline pressures.
• Serve as a primary client contact, building strong stakeholder relationships and managing inquiries.
• Lead client onboarding and adoption activities, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of managed services.
• Plan, organize, and monitor project work plans to ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track service performance and client utilization, supporting KPI reporting, and communicating service value to clients.
• Participate in business development and account growth activities by supporting renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional services firm or private industry focused on appropriate technical area.
• 3+ years of experience leading data and analytics technology projects, including solutions built on platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Qlik, or Power BI.
• 3+ years of experience managing client relationships and engagement success, including billing oversight and account management.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Training, support or consulting advisory experience.
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
• Works towards obtaining additional appropriate advanced certifications.
