TL;DR

Location: Must reside in the contiguous United States (specifically in one of the approved states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, TN, UT, VA, WA, WI)

Salary: $127,800 - $135,900 USD

What you will do

  • Design, build, and implement software using Java or Python to create API endpoints.
  • Integrate Smart on FHIR standards to develop healthcare applications.
  • Write technical specifications, review pull requests, and provide feedback to teammates.
  • Collaborate with government partners and internal engineers in an agile environment.
  • Automate development, testing, and production workflows.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience in a team environment, preferably with distributed systems.
  • Strong expertise in FHIR and Smart on FHIR standards.
  • Proficiency in developing API endpoints with Java or Python.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Must reside in one of the listed US states.
  • Ability to pass a government background check or security clearance.
