What you will do

• Serve as a strategic partner overseeing key accounts to uncover and align with client business objectives.
• Maximize customer value by prescribing creative solutions using the Thrive TRM platform.
• Proactively manage customer migration to the rearchitected Thrive 2.0 platform.
• Analyze user activity and conduct business reviews to ensure high retention and successful outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers within client organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and improve engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting business reviews.
• Ability to travel to office locations for in-person interviews.
