Location: Remote or Onsite (Philadelphia, PA). Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and operate within 8am-8pm EST.

What you will do
- Serve as a strategic partner overseeing key accounts to uncover and align with client business objectives.
- Maximize customer value by prescribing creative solutions using the Thrive TRM platform.
- Proactively manage customer migration to the rearchitected Thrive 2.0 platform.
- Analyze user activity and conduct business reviews to ensure high retention and successful outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers within client organizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Experience analyzing customer usage data to identify trends and improve engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting business reviews.
- Ability to travel to office locations for in-person interviews.
