Focus on driving cross-sell/upsell activities, negotiating contracts, and building strong networks with VARs and MSPs.

What you will do
- Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners and customers to achieve profitability and retention objectives.
- Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through targeted cross-sell and upsell activities.
- Manage customer communications and employ professional conflict resolution.
- Negotiate and close contracts while tracking and coordinating activities for each account.
- Identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team, including budget and timeline analysis.
- Collaborate with CAMs and the channel team to support larger organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Deep understanding of the reseller channel and the drivers of partner growth.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong network of partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strategic, analytical mindset.
- Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
