What you will do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners and customers to achieve profitability and retention objectives.
  • Drive Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through targeted cross-sell and upsell activities.
  • Manage customer communications and employ professional conflict resolution.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while tracking and coordinating activities for each account.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team, including budget and timeline analysis.
  • Collaborate with CAMs and the channel team to support larger organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
  • Deep understanding of the reseller channel and the drivers of partner growth.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong network of partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strategic, analytical mindset.
  • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
