Location: Fully remote with flexible schedule during AEST/AEDT business hours (approx. 30 hours/week)

What you will do

• Manage locations by tracking engagement data, acting as main contact for local teams, onboarding leaders, and launching new sites.
• Oversee event execution, monitor calendars and targets, provide support to coordinators, and resolve operational issues.
• Handle internal administration including systems, data processes, meetings, budgets, contracts, payments, and inquiries.
• Drive process improvements by monitoring KPIs, collaborating with teams, and implementing efficiency enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in events management and/or operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, accountability, and commercial awareness
• Comfortable with technology platforms, AI tools, and quick learning
• Highly organized with attention to detail and team coordination skills

• Experience in women-focused initiatives or events
