What you will do
- Manage locations by tracking engagement data, acting as main contact for local teams, onboarding leaders, and launching new sites.
- Oversee event execution, monitor calendars and targets, provide support to coordinators, and resolve operational issues.
- Handle internal administration including systems, data processes, meetings, budgets, contracts, payments, and inquiries.
- Drive process improvements by monitoring KPIs, collaborating with teams, and implementing efficiency enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years in events management and/or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, accountability, and commercial awareness
- Comfortable with technology platforms, AI tools, and quick learning
- Highly organized with attention to detail and team coordination skills
Nice to have
- Experience in women-focused initiatives or events
