Requirements

• Experience managing complex programs aligned with both government and company goals.
• Operational fluency in financial reporting, invoicing, and record-keeping.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with a bias toward execution.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
• Based in or able to work hybrid in Tokyo, Japan.
