hirify.global is building a data-driven product to enable scalable decision-support for in-house legal teams.

What you will do

• Assess data sources and quality across multiple systems to unify disparate datasets.
• Design target data architecture, schemas, and integration patterns to support a scalable MVP.
• Establish frameworks for data governance, lineage, and quality management.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to align architecture with user needs.
• Prototype data flows, pipelines, and transformations using Python and SQL.
• Translate complex data challenges into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer.
• Expertise in working with fragmented, multi-source data environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to operate in early-stage product discovery and definition phases.
• Must be based in Spain or the UK.

Nice to have

• Exposure to modern data architectures such as medallion or event-driven systems.
