What you will do
- Support regional administrative needs for the General Sales Manager and branch operations.
- Manage day-to-day office activities including mail, shipments, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Partner with the Finance Shared Services Center to handle route paperwork, payroll processing, and account inquiries.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to facilitate new hire paperwork, timecard tracking, and policy guidance.
- Coordinate various meetings and events and manage approvals for Operating Expenses.
- Maintain essential compliance records, including driver logs and fuel purchase documentation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, human resources, office management, or accounting.
- English proficiency is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Must be based in Charleston, United States.
