What you will do

• Recruit and enroll prospective clients into the InspHire program.
• Determine candidate eligibility, gather documentation, and facilitate background checks and drug screenings.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for new clients to various facilities using a company vehicle.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with probation officers and transitional housing partners.
• Maintain meticulous records and produce reports in the Efforts-to-Outcomes data system.

Requirements

• Must be located in or be able to work on-site in Tampa, FL.
• Strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, and superior customer service skills.
• Availability to work non-standard hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle for client transport.
