What you will do

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and retail partner goals.
• Drive commercial performance across key brands and channels using data-backed insights to improve sales and ROI.
• Lead trade planning for priority launches, seasonal activity, and category range reviews.
• Partner with sales and account teams to shape customer conversations and activation plans.
• Analyze sales and campaign data to identify trends and provide performance reporting for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of retailer dynamics and the trade marketing landscape.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK as required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or as a Social Media Executive.
• Strong knowledge of category management.
