What you will do

• Lead the legal establishment and launch strategy of the iWill US private client offering.
• Develop legal frameworks, draft core templates, and advise on state-specific requirements for estate planning.
• Create Shariah-conscious estate planning solutions, including waqf-inspired structures and charitable trusts.
• Provide legal advisory on federal and state estate tax, gift tax, and trust administration.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to design efficient client journeys and digital workflows.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in at least one US state.
• Strong experience in Wills, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
• Deep understanding of US estate tax, gift tax, and succession matters.
• Proven legal drafting skills for Wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Ability to operate in an early-stage, build-from-scratch environment with a high level of ownership.
