What you will do

• Partner with Public Sector Account Managers and Account Executive teams to support large, diversified strategic customers.
• Manage quote requests, reporting, annuity business, and provide post-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales reps, vendors, and customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to maintain customer annuity business and improve retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand the number of vendors sold into strategic client accounts.
• Perform complex contract management and facilitate interactions between customers and manufacturers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both individually and in a fast-paced team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience using Enterprise grade reporting tools such as Oracle or BI.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
