Salary: $163,100 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop a scalable growth platform to enhance user onboarding and acquisition.
• Execute A/B tests and data-driven experiments to identify and implement the best product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to ideate and identify new growth opportunities.
• Mentor fellow software engineers and introduce engineering best practices to the team.
• Build new data, marketplace, and billing integrations with various developer platforms.
• Improve overall engineering quality, internal tooling, and development processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with server-side languages (Ruby is used; willingness to learn Golang is important).
• Experience with event-driven infrastructure within GCP or AWS.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze the impact of product changes.
• Passion for delivering high-quality UX to a diverse range of user personas.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a scale-up environment or a dedicated Growth team.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Hex.
