What you will do

• Own strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from shaping SOWs with Sales to driving implementation and adoption with Customer Success and Partners.
• Lead consultative conversations to define technical plans, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for enterprise projects.
• Act as platform expert advising on data models, integrations, Email/SMS channels, and CDP use cases.
• Design and prototype scalable solutions, quantify product enhancements, and troubleshoot complex issues urgently.
• Drive repeatable solutions, contribute to process improvements, and mentor peers through influence.

Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, or solution consulting leading enterprise projects.
• Hands-on with web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), programming (Node, Python), APIs, webhooks, and martech/CDP integrations.
• Proven stakeholder management across global teams, executive presence, and consultative acumen.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving with operational rigor (status updates, risks, time tracking).

• Experience experimenting with AI tools and workflows.
