What you will do

• Present hirify.global's technology and vision to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Execute hands-on demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to communicate product value throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with account sales teams and channel partners to strategize and support customer evaluations.
• Create and develop technical champions within accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide feedback for product improvement.
• Build joint architectures with ecosystem and implementation partners to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Experience in solution engineering or solution architecture within a SaaS environment or relevant data industry.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL.
• Outstanding presentation skills for both technical contributors and executives.
• Ability to solve customer-specific business problems using technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with modern data tools such as dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, and Git.
• Knowledge of AI, data science, and machine learning technologies.
