What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define client objectives and technical constraints.
• Design target-state architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms.
• Produce technical artifacts including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and event models.
• Partner with project management to scope, sequence, and deliver technical requirements.
• Architect integrations across the MarTech stack, including analytics, attribution, and enrichment tools.
• Design data schemas and ETL patterns to support lifecycle use cases and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience integrating third-party tools and developing ETL solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CDPs such as Mixpanel or Tealium.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with clients or key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience architecting full-lifecycle marketing automation integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Heroku.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SQL and JSON data modeling.
• Experience with reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census.
• Platform experience with Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Customer.io.
• Familiarity with Shopify or Magento ecosystems.
• Experience with serverless patterns and scripting languages.
