Location: Hybrid (St. John's, NL) - At least 3 days a week in office

What you will do

• Resolve cloud-related customer cases and create Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) accounts.
• Manage IP access controls and troubleshoot Single-Sign On (SSO) issues.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot application performance.
• Implement operational improvements including configuring monitoring, logging, and alerts.
• Work across teams to deliver solutions and develop professional skills through mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a technical college program.
• Must include a copy of the most recent transcript (unofficial is fine) when uploading a resume.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work adaptably and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to have

• Object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with Linux Scripting and knowledge of JSON, SQL, or XML.
