What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Computer Backup product, defining vision and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery and deliver high-quality features for desktop backup clients and web experiences.
• Conduct customer and market research, including usability testing and competitive analysis.
• Translate complex problems into clear product requirements (PRDs) and measurable success criteria.
• Analyze key product metrics to iterate on performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, consumer software, or cloud services.
• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product prioritization frameworks and experience defining MVPs.
• Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience in backup, security, or storage products.
• Familiarity with SMB workflows, MSP ecosystems, or B2B2C product design.
• Technical fluency with APIs, desktop applications, and cloud services.
