People Partner (US-focused, Telehealth) - MEDvidi
MEDvidi - fast-growing US telehealth company focused on mental health treatment.

We’re looking for a strong hands-on People Partner / HRBP who wants to work closely with leadership, influence business decisions, and help build scalable people processes for US teams from the ground up.

This is not a purely operational HR role - we’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and solving complex people challenges in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you’ll own:
• Full employee lifecycle for US-based employees
• Performance management & manager coaching
• Employee relations & complex people cases
• Building policies, documentation, and scalable HR processes
• Partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams
• HR analytics, reporting, retention insights, and action plans

What we expect:
• 3+ years in HR / People Partner / HRBP roles with the US market
• Practical experience supporting US-based FTE employees
• Hands-on experience with performance reviews, PIPs, and complex terminations in US
• Experience working alongside Legal on compliance-related topics in US
• Strong HR analytics mindset
• Fluent Russian & English
• Ability to work US hours (evening shift in Europe: 3 PM - 11 PM CET)
• Startup mindset: ownership, transparency, adaptability, and data-driven thinking
