Field Listing Technician

TL;DR

Location: Onsite field work in the United States (Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee preferred), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What you will do

• Conduct on-parcel field reviews using available resources to verify property data quality and uniformity in neighborhoods.
• Assist Project Manager in developing and implementing valuation parameters and modeling for assigned projects.
• Interact professionally with taxpayers during informal hearings, complete forms, and investigate reported discrepancies.
• Maintain positive relations with clients, public, and company personnel.

Requirements

• High school Diploma
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn with on-the-job training
• Mass appraisal or fee appraisal experience a plus
• Ohio Appraisal License or Trainee a plus
