What you will do
- Guide patients through enrollment, onboarding, and prescription fulfillment via phone, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound outreach to support patients in completing key steps in their prescription journey.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between patients, providers, and insurers to resolve issues.
- Assist with insurance verification, benefits coordination, and financial assistance programs.
- Triage clinical questions to pharmacists and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA policies.
- Document interactions and share feedback to improve patient experience and internal processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior customer service experience in retail or call center environments.
