What you will do

• Lead a team of engineers and tradespeople to provide infrastructure support for Lenton and EMG sites.
• Plan and execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs.
• Coordinate responses to breakdowns, repairs, and urgent work requests.
• Manage large-scale projects to improve site facilities and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate asset records, inventories, and maintenance schedules.
• Champion a safe work culture in collaboration with the Health and Safety team.

Requirements

• Strong experience guiding teams within a busy facilities or engineering environment.
• Essential qualifications and accreditation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering PPM programs in an operational setting.
• Excellent organizational and collaborative skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
