What you will do

• Deliver local marketing campaigns to drive hearing test bookings and brand awareness
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute marketing and PR activity
• Support new store openings with targeted regional marketing
• Manage creation, organisation, and distribution of POS and printed materials
• Use data and insights to measure campaign performance and optimise future activity
• Handle marketing administration including purchase orders, invoices, and store deliveries

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand role
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns (local or national)
• Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
• Experience managing POS or printed marketing materials
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and improve campaign performance
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
