hirify.global is a major financial institution rebooting its approach to finance and property through its Lloyds Living BTR portfolio.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end marketing for BTR developments, from pre-launch awareness to stabilisation and lease-up.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels, social media, property portals, and paid media.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including CGIs, photography, videography, and virtual tours.
  • Manage lead nurture campaigns and optimize property portal products to increase application conversions.
  • Track channel performance and manage development-level budgets to ensure high ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal Leasing, Operations, and Brand teams while managing external creative and media agencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in property marketing, specifically within Build to Rent (BTR) or residential lettings.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel property marketing campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in demand generation and lead funnel management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, property portals, and paid media.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies.
  • Data-led approach to optimizing marketing activity using performance insights.

Nice to have

  • Relevant marketing degree or professional qualification.
