TL;DR
L2 Operations Engineer (Multi-Cloud SRE): Investigating and resolving P2–P4 incidents across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise environments with an accent on root-cause analysis, blameless PIRs, and AI-assisted troubleshooting. Focus on implementing fixes, collaborating with L3/SRE teams, improving runbooks, and supporting SRE practices like SLO tracking and toil reduction.
Location: Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required. Providing CET-timezone coverage as part of the European nearshore delivery model.

What you will do
- Investigate and resolve P2–P4 incidents across multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs).
- Implement workarounds and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with L3 and SRE teams on complex investigations and RCA backlog.
- Work with AI agents for dependency analysis and change risk validation.
- Update SOPs and runbooks based on incident learnings.
- Support SRE practices adoption, including error budgets and toil reduction.
- Mentor L1 engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in L2/L3 production support or infrastructure operations
- Practical experience with AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) for productivity
- Strong troubleshooting in Linux, Windows, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics)
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and incident workflows
- Understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)
- Scripting in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong English communication skills (at least B2 level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
- Structured GenAI use in SDLC (workflows, prompt patterns, tool integrations)
- Familiarity with emerging AI practices (agent-based workflows, automation)
- IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible
- ITIL Foundation or SRE certifications
- Experience in managed services or multi-tenant environments
