What you will do

• Design and develop cloud-native platforms and Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) to provide scalable and secure solutions for engineering teams.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines and deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Improve system observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities.
• Integrate AI tools and LLM-based workflows, including coding agents, to enhance engineering productivity and platform operations.
• Establish standards and guidelines for the safe, secure, and observable usage of AI tools within the SDLC.

Requirements

• Solid professional experience as a Cloud, DevOps, Platform, or SRE Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production or near-production environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go.
• Must be based in Poland for B2B contract eligibility.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for log analysis, script generation, or infrastructure review.
• Understanding of risks associated with AI autonomy, data security, and hallucinations in production.
• Experience creating guidelines for controlled AI usage in engineering teams.
