What you will do

• Design and build applications, automations, and integrations across the recruiting stack.
• Map candidate journey touchpoints to identify friction and eliminate manual effort.
• Develop solutions using Zapier, Make, Python scripts, webhooks, and API integrations.
• Connect the ATS with other systems, including HRIS, communication tools, sourcing platforms, and LLMs.
• Write AI-assisted SQL queries to extract data and build operational reports.
• Document implemented integrations and train the team on leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as an Engineer or in a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience building AI applications and implementing automations.
• Knowledge of main LLM models and the ability to select the best model for specific use cases.
• Extensive experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier or Make at scale.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying operational data and building reports independently.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Barcelona hub.
