What you will do
- Co-define technical vision for agentic systems including autonomous agents, multi-agent collaboration, planning, and execution.
- Design agentic architectures, context engineering, tool use, reasoning loops, and integrate LLMs into backend systems.
- Build LLM evaluation systems, observability with tracing/logging/debugging, and guardrails for production reliability.
- Develop scalable backend architectures, APIs, services, and data pipelines supporting AI workloads.
- Mentor engineers, participate in architectural reviews, and collaborate with product, data, and design teams.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features to production.
- Experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source), agentic architectures, context engineering, and RAG.
- Full lifecycle knowledge: experimentation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring; designing evaluation frameworks.
- Strong backend engineering with scalable architectures, APIs, DDD, and trade-offs in performance/reliability/cost.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Eligibility to work in Spain.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, product-minded, with mentoring experience.
