What you will do

• Audit manual, repetitive processes and build a prioritized automation roadmap for various business units.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and autonomous agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI).
• Architect automated workflows using Zapier, Make, and Power Automate, integrating diverse SaaS platforms via APIs.
• Develop Python-based automation scripts and microservices for complex integration requirements.
• Build Power BI dashboards and automated reporting pipelines to monitor the ROI and KPI of AI initiatives.
• Define organizational standards and best practices for AI development, data governance, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI/ML integration, or systems integration.
• Proven track record of replacing manual business processes with AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, chaining, and agent design.
• Proficiency in Python and Javascript for scripting and API consumption.
• Expertise in building production workflows in Zapier, Make, or Power Automate.
• English fluency and excellent communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless functions.
• SQL proficiency for data querying and transformation.
• Spanish language fluency.
