What you will do
- Consult customers on all questions related to the company's websites.
- Process and resolve customer requests timely and effectively.
- Focus on issue resolution with the ultimate goal of customer retention.
- Promote platform features and services to customers when opportunities arise.
- Maintain a consistently high level of service quality.
Requirements
- Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
- Experience working with international customers.
- Fast typing skills in English.
- Ability to psychologically analyze people and handle emotional situations.
- Strong stress resistance, energy, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to provide professional solutions to complex cases.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese.
