Location: Remote within Spain or Hybrid in Málaga

What you will do

  • Handle orders for a defined customer portfolio within the GDSN data pool and atrify retailer portal.
  • Manage individual customer communication and document orders in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure correct billing of services provided according to defined pricing.
  • Maintain customer master data within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to projects and continuously build knowledge regarding GDSN data maintenance requirements.
  • Perform general administrative and commercial tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
  • Experience working with GDSN systems for data maintenance.
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or career changer with a commercial background.
  • Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex technical topics.
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer-oriented work.
