What you will do

• Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment.
• Coordinate and execute assigned projects and preventative maintenance (PM) ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Maintain a planned maintenance completion rate of at least 90%.
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors.
• Report customer listing issues to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

• Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a technical service or test environment for electrical/electronic equipment (UPS or Power Electronics preferred).
• Essential field service experience.
• Valid, clean driving license for daily travel to customer sites.
• Availability for after-hours (post 17:00) and weekend shifts, sometimes at short notice.

Nice to have

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
