Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 per annum

What you will do

• Partner with commercial leadership to support day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
• Own the financial view of business performance, including revenue, gross margin, and key operational KPIs.
• Lead revenue and margin forecasting using bottoms-up account plans and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to shape pricing and deal economics.
• Develop business cases for new products and strategic initiatives, quantifying trade-offs between volume, price, and margin.
• Build self-service dashboards in partnership with Data Engineering and BI teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong revenue and margin modeling skills, including cohort, retention, and unit economics analysis.
• Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Lucanet) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Advanced Excel skills for creating clean, auditable, and decision-ready models.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards, specifically regarding revenue recognition.
